Warranty Details

Precision Irrigation provides a 1-year workmanship warranty on completed repairs and installations. This warranty applies only to the specific work performed by Precision Irrigation and does not extend to unrelated existing irrigation system components, pre-existing conditions, customer adjustments, damage by others, or failures caused by outside factors.

This warranty covers issues directly related to the labor performed by Precision Irrigation during the original service visit. If there is a problem with the specific repair we completed, please contact us and we will review the issue.

For larger installations, such as new valve assemblies, manifolds, controllers, or major system upgrades, warranty coverage may vary depending on the scope of work and will be reviewed at the time of service.

Parts and Product Warranty

Parts and products may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Manufacturer warranties vary by brand and product.

If a part fails due to a manufacturer defect, we can help review replacement options.

What Is Covered

Our workmanship warranty applies to:

  • The specific repair or installation completed by Precision Irrigation
  • Labor-related issues caused by the original workmanship
  • Recently installed fittings, valves, wiring connections, sprinkler heads, or other components directly serviced by us

What Is Not Covered

Because irrigation systems often contain older underground pipe, wiring, valves, fittings, and other hidden components, our warranty does not cover unrelated existing system issues.

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Pre-existing problems or unrelated system failures
  • Old, brittle, cracked, or deteriorated pipe and fittings
  • Damage caused by roots, rodents, pets, landscapers, gardeners, digging, vehicles, or other outside causes
  • Customer adjustments, timer changes, controller programming changes, or modifications made after service
  • Clogged nozzles, drip emitters, filters, or lines caused by debris, dirty water, hard water, or lack of filtration
  • Leaks or failures caused by excessive water pressure
  • Damage caused by weather, heat, freeze, theft, vandalism, or acts of nature
  • Issues caused by work performed by others after our service
  • Additional leaks or failures that appear in other parts of the system after the original repair

Existing Irrigation Systems

Irrigation systems are often underground and may include older materials that cannot be fully inspected during a standard service visit. Our warranty applies only to the specific work performed by Precision Irrigation and does not extend to the entire irrigation system unless specifically stated in writing.

Repairing one issue does not guarantee that other aging or hidden components will not fail in the future.

Service Call and Diagnostic Fees

Warranty visits are reviewed based on the original scope of work. If the issue is found to be unrelated to the original repair, normal service call, diagnostic, and repair charges may apply.

Please Contact Us Promptly

If something does not seem right after our visit, please contact us as soon as possible. We want the opportunity to review the issue and make sure the work we performed is functioning properly.
